Matt and Stephanie were wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to assess our needs and made an appointment for the next day. Matt was kind to take the time to answer all our questions about the work and describe the problem and the process for the repairs. There was clear communication throughout the work and all employees onsite were friendly and kind. They were efficient and thorough. Should the need arise, we will absolutely use Legacy again.

Matt Bigos was incredibly thorough with our sewage and drain inspection for our new home. He walked us through his diagnostics and explained his findings and recommendations in great detail in a manner that was easy to understand. Would highly recommend him and his services.

My favorite plumber right now. They are my first call for sure. They come out as soon as they can and they are always very nice. And very efficient I should add. I had another plumber come out a while back who was a bumbling fellow that didn't seem to know what was up. The Bigos guys rebuilt a blocked bathroom tub drain. It was an old galvanized pipe that was caked with hard water mineral deposits and sludge. They used that new PVC pipe and my drain works great. Had them router the drain lines out to the alley too and those have been good ever since.

A big shout-out to Matt and the crew from Bigos. Matt has been my plumber for about 15, maybe 18 years now. In an emergency — at any time — he has NEVER hesitated to come out for even a minor repair. He once came on either Thanksgiving Eve, or the actual day, in the rain, and never complained. He just did an emergency sewer line repair for me, a job he’d been kindly pushing me to approve for years and for which I kept putting off. The poop Gods finally caught up with me, slapped me around, and now it’s all cleaned up and better thanks to Bigos. His work is quick, honest, and thorough.

I have hired them for a number of jobs for me now. Big, unfortunate ones. I know most of the family by now-a family run business. They have done both personal property work as well as income properties. Never disappointed. Honest & trustworthy in my opinion. I call him my orthoscopic plumber. I will be returning for more when I have trouble or upgrade needs again.
